Shoot-day prep

Here is a list of easy preparation tasks to be done just before the photo shoot:

1. Turn ON all lights in every room, including ceiling lights, lamps, and under-lighting

2. Turn OFF all fans, TVs, and computer screens

3. Leave off all exterior lighting (unless shooting at twilight)

4. Clear all vehicles and trash cans

5. Uncover grills and fire pits

6. Hide pet and child items, except for designated pet or children's areas

7. Open blinds

8. Straighten place settings, chairs, and towels

9. Refrigerator - Remove magnets and photos

10. Bathrooms - remove products from showers and sinks and close toilet lids
